ALWAYS FOUND
Customer Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0 · Pre-launch draft · 3 August 2026
1. Service description and limits
Always Found provides a separate, independently hosted webpage displaying customer-approved information. The service is an alternative point of contact; it does not recover or protect other accounts, monitor external services, guarantee search placement, provide automatic redirects, cybersecurity, website backup or uninterrupted availability, or guarantee against lost sales or reputation.
2. Publication timeframes
After payment and written approval of all required information, Always Found will usually publish a new page or routine change within one hour during published business hours, provided personnel, systems and required internet services are available.
3. Support and emergency requests
Routine support hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Emergency requests may be submitted 24 hours a day. After identity verification, receipt of the exact wording and written approval by registered email or SMS, Always Found will use reasonable efforts to publish an emergency update within one hour.
4. Outages and maintenance
Always Found may occasionally be unavailable because of planned maintenance, technical failure, internet disruption or a third-party provider. Always Found will use reasonable efforts to restore service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
5. Renewal and expiry
A renewal notice will ordinarily be emailed four weeks before the annual renewal date. If payment remains outstanding seven days after a final notice, the page may be unpublished and the service terminated.
6. Verification
Always Found takes reasonable steps to confirm that an applicant owns or is authorised to represent the business. At sign-up it records authorised contacts, reliable contact methods, three confidential verification questions and, where used, a recovery code. Government-issued identity documents are not ordinarily required or retained.
7. Changes and failed verification
Before accepting a change, Always Found verifies that the request comes from an authorised person. If verification fails or authority is doubtful, no protected information will be provided and no change will be made until verification is completed.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers must supply accurate, lawful and current information; approve publication; notify Always Found of changes; keep verification information confidential; maintain control of their main websites and accounts; and pay renewal fees when due.
9. Listing contents
A standard page may display the approved business name, short description, phone numbers, email addresses, location, trading hours, website and platform links. It includes one separate managed emergency-update section. Standard listings do not include photographs, promotions, catalogues, reviews, news posts or lengthy descriptions.
10. Fees and included changes
The initial fee is $150 and includes page creation and the first 12 months. Renewal is currently $100 per year. Each annual subscription includes two routine change requests and six emergency-message publications or revisions. Additional changes may be charged at $50 after notice and customer approval.
11. Customer approval
A new page, routine change or emergency message will be published only after an authorised person has approved the exact information in writing by registered email or SMS. The customer is responsible for checking that approved information is accurate, current and suitable for public display.
12. Privacy
Always Found collects only information reasonably required to provide and administer the service, does not sell, rent or trade customer information, and uses service providers only where reasonably necessary. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider.
13. Liability
Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Always Found will provide the service with due care and skill and correct its own publication errors reasonably promptly. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for external-platform failure, third-party service failure, customer-supplied errors or delays caused by failed verification. Except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, total liability during any 12-month period is limited to fees paid during that period.
14. Suspension and termination
Always Found may suspend or remove fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, unauthorised or harmful content. Either party may end the service in accordance with these terms. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent unlawful conduct, fraud, harm or a security risk.
15. Intellectual property
Always Found retains ownership of its name, branding, website, templates, written material, design elements, software and operating processes. Customers retain ownership of their names, marks and supplied material and grant Always Found permission to use it only as required to provide the service.
16. Notices and changes
Important notices will be sent to the customer's recorded email address. A material change will ordinarily apply from the next renewal and receive at least four weeks' notice. A customer who does not accept a change may cancel before renewal.
17. Governing law
These terms and the Always Found service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
